About a month ago, while I was taking a look around my favorite store, Anthropologie, I happened to stumble upon Sophie Dahl’s (relatively) new cookbook, Miss Dahl’s Voluptuous Delights. Despite being surrounded by their gorgeous selection of clothing, I found myself excited and totally absorbed by her new cookbook. Although I didn’t buy it that day, I ordered it a week later on Amazon.

The book has conveniently organized its delectable recipes by season. I’ve read through each recipe at least twice, but considering my kitchen is in shambles and finding the right dish has become a game of hide and seek, I chose to use her zucchini and goat cheese frittata recipe as a very general guideline for a quick and scrumptious lunch.
